Neil Bailey
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT & MENTAL PERFORMANCE
Neil’s story is one of service, resilience, and a lifelong pursuit of leadership. He spent nine years in the Marine Corps, serving as an infantryman with two combat tours in Iraq and one in Afghanistan. Along the way he took on demanding roles—breacher, squad leader, sniper team leader, and eventually a Warfighting and Leadership Instructor—each position sharpening his ability to lead under pressure and bring out the best in others.
Neil continued to put his skills to use, deploying again to Afghanistan as a private contractor on a combat intelligence team and later earning a bachelor’s degree in Strategic Security and Protection Management. His expertise opened doors as a strategic security consultant and weapons and tactics instructor, where he continues to train law enforcement and private sector professionals.
Neil’s leadership extends beyond combat and consulting. As a jiu-jitsu instructor and youth mentor with Gracie Jiu-Jitsu in Kentucky, he invests in the next generation, teaching discipline, respect, and confidence on the mat. Today, as Co-Founder of Warrior Mindset, Neil lives in Kentucky with his wife and four children, committed to guiding individuals and teams through the same principles of resilience and leadership that have defined his own life.
