Cory Ross

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT & MENTAL PERFORMANCE

Cory retired from the Marine Corps after 20 years of service—first serving as an infantry Marine for 12 years before graduating at the top of his class from Texas A&M’s Mays Business School, and commissioned as a Marine officer. He has been on multiple combat tours to Afghanistan and other areas around the world, where he has been awarded for his actions in combat.

As an officer, Cory deployed with Special Operations Forces to Afghanistan, where he worked directly with local police chiefs, district governors, and tribal leaders. His mission was to help bring stability to fractured regions, bridging the gap between cultures and guiding leaders in the midst of uncertainty.

When his military career came to a close, Cory carried those experiences into a new arena. He became president of a leadership development and team-building company, consulting with organizations like the Dallas Cowboys, the LA Kings, Division I athletic teams, and business executives. Today, as Co-Founder of Warrior Mindset, Cory lives in Tennessee with his wife and five children, continuing his mission of building leaders who can thrive under pressure and lead with purpose.
