For more than three decades, Jamey has been anchored by his family—his wife of 30 years and their two sons. His journey has been defined by service and sacrifice, spending 23 years in the Marine Corps with 22 of those in Special Operations. Along the way he became a Ranger School graduate, Marine Scout Sniper, Reconnaissance Marine, and a trusted communications expert within JSOC, MARSOC, and Naval Special Warfare.

Combat tested with seven deployments, including five in active war zones, Jamey earned the Bronze Star for his courage and commitment. But beyond the battlefield, he carried his passion for leadership into a new mission. Today he’s known in college athletics and corporate arenas as a mentor who teaches teams how to build trust, communicate with clarity, and lead with confidence. His story isn’t just about military service—it’s about guiding others to become leaders who inspire lasting impact.
